In plain English: Digital products are final sale. If there's a real technical issue and you genuinely can't access what you bought, email me and I'll make it right.
All products sold through kalevine.com are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," so we have a limited refund policy as described below.
All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.
We make every effort to clearly describe what is included in each product before you purchase. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
We do consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
Technical issues. If you are unable to access or download your product due to a technical problem on our end, we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Product not as described. If the product you received is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.
To submit a refund request, email hello@kalevine.com with your name, the email address used for your purchase, the product name, your order number (if available), and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
If you purchase a bundle and have a dispute about one item within it, we do not provide partial refunds. If there is a qualifying technical issue, we will resolve it for the affected item.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and ask that you reach out first.
